What rivet tool and nosepiece do I need?

Use a manual, pneumatic, or cordless blind rivet tool that supports the rivet diameter and mandrel size shown on the product page. The tool must be fitted with the correct nosepiece.

During installation, keep the tool straight and fully seated against the rivet head. Using an incorrect nosepiece or an undersized tool may cause incomplete setting, mandrel slippage, or damage to the rivet.

Are closed-end and waterproof rivets completely watertight?

Closed-end and waterproof rivets can provide improved sealing compared with standard open-end blind rivets. However, the watertightness of the complete joint also depends on the hole quality, installation accuracy, material surface, washer or seal design, and the operating environment.

For applications requiring a certified airtight or watertight joint, the complete assembly should be tested under its actual service conditions.

Where do you ship from, and who pays import duties?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. Estimated delivery is generally 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.

We cover the export-related charges that are our responsibility in China. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, the recipient is responsible for all destination-country import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, local handling fees, storage fees, and any charges required for delivery or collection.

If the carrier or customs authority requests payment, documentation, or personal collection, the customer must complete the required action promptly. Charges or losses caused by delayed payment, refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the shipment are the customer's responsibility.
