Large Head Blind Rivets

Large head blind rivets, also commonly referred to as large flange blind rivets, are designed to provide a wider bearing surface than standard blind rivets. The enlarged flange helps distribute fastening loads across a larger area, making these rivets particularly suitable for thin sheet, soft materials and applications where additional surface support is required.

JIANDAXIN offers large flange blind rivets in aluminum and selected material combinations for industrial, automotive, marine, construction and repair applications. Depending on the rivet design, large flange configurations can also be combined with extended-length or tri-fold structures to accommodate different grip ranges and fastening requirements.

The range includes multiple diameters, lengths and grip ranges for different material thicknesses. The larger head helps reduce localized stress around the installation hole and can provide improved support compared with standard flange blind rivets.

These rivets can be installed from one side of the workpiece using a compatible blind rivet tool, making them suitable for assemblies where access to the rear side is limited.
