How do I choose the correct rivet size and grip range?
Measure the combined thickness of all materials being joined. Select a rivet whose stated grip range includes that total thickness. Also confirm the drilled hole diameter, rivet diameter, head style, and installation environment before ordering.
Which type of blind rivet should I choose?
- Closed-end rivets: Help limit the passage of moisture, air, and debris through the rivet body.
- Tri-fold rivets: Spread into three legs behind the material and distribute pressure across a wider area.
- Large-head rivets: Provide a wider bearing surface for thin or relatively soft materials.

Which rivet material should I choose?

Are closed-end and waterproof rivets completely watertight?
Closed-end and sealing-style rivets can help reduce water ingress, but final sealing performance depends on the complete joint, including hole condition, surface contact, installation quality, and any sealant used. Test the completed assembly when a particular sealing level is required.

Orders are dispatched from Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. We cover applicable export-side charges arranged by us.
